Orchard Standard sells dietary supplements. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Orders, pricing and availability

• Prices for new purchases are shown in US dollars and may change. The price charged for a new purchase is the price shown at checkout when you place the order. Recurring subscription charges and changes to subscription terms are governed by our Subscription Policy.
• We may limit or cancel quantities, refuse an order, or correct an error in a price or description, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.
• We try to describe and display products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are error-free.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required.

5A. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are optional. When you select a subscription and agree to its terms at checkout, you authorize recurring charges for the product quantity, price and calendar-month frequency shown for that plan until you cancel. A one-time purchase does not renew. Our Subscription Policy explains recurring charges, shipping and how to skip, pause or cancel. It forms part of these terms.

7. Refunds
